Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with OYA. We take great care to ensure that every order is checked and packed accurately before dispatch.
Due to the nature of our products, we currently follow a No Returns and No Exchanges policy, except in cases where an item is delivered in a damaged condition or an incorrect product is received.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@oya.lk
Kindly include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item
To be eligible for a replacement or review, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect the return:
- If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds will be issued back to the payment-initiated media itself (e.g., card, bank, mobile wallet).
If the issue is verified, the return or replacement shipping cost will be covered by us.
